After a neighbor's rooftop fire this apartment was effectively destroyed. An opportunity for new perspective of the interior archtiecture. Working under Narofksy Architecture & ways2design renovations on this project include custom baseboard grilles, vaulted ceilings with antiqued tin tiles, Fontana Arte pudding over-sized pendants, modern 3-form custom panel barn doors, an industrial steel staircase, paperstone recylced countertops and more. The simplistic approach with ties to raw materials and natural wood grains give this aparment a mix of industrial reclaimed, and very neatly new.
